摘要
随着陈四楼矿开采产能的逐年加大,采掘接替日趋紧张,需要提前沿空掘巷,形成回采系统。沿空掘进的巷道既受采空区压力又会受到回采工作面动压的影响,巷道的稳定较为困难,尤其是靠近采空区一侧煤柱变形非常严重。针对这一问题,提出了斜拉锚索支护技术,即在轨道巷煤柱侧巷帮内向顶板安装40°仰角、长6.5 m锚索,向底板安装30°俯角、长3.0 m锚索,采用该方案后轨道巷支护效果良好,实现了安全回采。
As the capacity of the Chensilou Coal Mine is increasing year by year,its mining and development replacement increasingly strained,it need to tunnel in advance in gob-side entry driving and form the coal winning system. The roadway of gob-side entry driving is not under the pressure of gob,but also influenced by the dynamic pressure of coal winning face,the result is that roadway supporting is more and more difficult,especially the deformation of coal pillar near the gob is more serious. Aimed at this problem,a supporting scheme of inclined cable was put forward in the paper,it is that workers will install a 6. 5 m cable with 40 degree angle of elevation and install a 3. 0 m cable with 30 degree angle of depression in the pillar side of the track transportation roadway. By using this supporting method,supporting effect of the track transportation roadway is good,and safe coal winning has become reality.
