摘要 程庄煤矿15104综放工作面顶板易失稳、维护难度大,严重威胁支架安全高效回撤。针对该矿实际情况,提出了末采—回撤2阶段的顶板分期控制技术方案和"首架掩护、顺序撤架"的撤架工艺。研究结果表明:顶板铺设金属网,同时辅以木梁、木垛、锚网索和单体柱等联合控顶加强措施提高了撤架通道围岩的稳定性,有效控制了撤架期间顶板下沉,保障了撤架空间顶板的安全;取得了良好的控制效果和显著的经济社会效益,实现了安全、高效、低劳动强度、低耗回撤。 The roof on 15104 fully-mechanized top coal caving face of Chengzhuang Coal Mine is instable and is difficult to maintain,and has seriously threatened the safe and high-efficient hydraulic support withdrawal. The two-phase roof control technology during end mining and withdrawal was put forward while withdrawal process of ' the first hydraulic support shielding,withdrawal in order' was proposed. The results show that combined control technique such as metal mesh,timber beam,timber cribs,bolt-mesh-anchor,single hydraulic support can effectively improve the stability of surrounding rock in withdrawal roadway,control its roof subsidence,and ensure the safety of roof in withdrawal roadway. The application of the combined technique has achieved good controlling effects and good economic and social benefit,realized the safety,high efficiency,low labor intensity and low consumption of withdrawal.
