基于“两软一硬”煤层的矿产资源节约与综合利用探讨

摘要 针对云盖山煤矿二矿顶板坚硬、煤层和底板偏软的"两软一硬"不稳定煤层开采条件,通过优化工作面布置方式和采煤方法,加强地质勘探以及对矿井水、尾矿再利用等措施,达到进一步提高矿产资源的综合利用率,节约有限的矿产资源的目的。实践证明,采用走向长壁后退式一次采全高、全部垮落法控制顶板的综采放顶煤采煤方法和沿空掘巷法,能够最大限度地提高矿井采出率和资源采出率。 In view of the ' two soft and hard' unstable coal seam mining conditions in Yungaishan No. 2 Mine whose roof is hard,the coal seam and the floor is soft,by optimizing the layout of the working surface and coal mining method,strengthening geological prospecting and recycling the mine water,tailings reutilization and other measures,to reach the purpose of further improving the comprehensive utilization of mineral resources and saving the limited mineral resources. Practice has shown that by adopting the mining overall height in one times with strike longwall retreating type,and roof control method of fully-mechanized top coal caving mining method and gob-side entry driving method,it can maximize the recovery rate of coal mining and resource recovery.
