微波静脉腔内凝固联合小切口高位结扎治疗大隐静脉曲张220例临床分析

Varicose Great Saphenous Veins Treated by Microwave Endovenous Intracavitary Coagulation Combined with Small Incision High Ligation:Clinical Analysis of 220 cases

目的：探讨微波静脉腔内凝固联合小切口高位结扎对大隐静脉曲张治疗的疗效.方法：回顾性分析2008年4月-2011年3月间对220例（302条患肢）曲张的大隐静脉施行微波静脉腔内凝固联合小切口高位结扎术治疗的临床资料,所有患者术前均行多普勒超声证实深静脉通畅.连续硬膜外麻醉下,作小切口行高位结扎大隐静脉主干,对大隐静脉主干及其曲张的分支行微波静脉腔内凝固.结果：单侧手术时间30-65min,平均45min.住院4-9d,平均7.5d.198例（280条患肢）在术后随访6-24个月,平均11.2个月,下肢迂曲曲张静脉消失,色素沉着减轻,溃疡愈合,无复发.结论：微波静脉腔内凝固联合小切口高位结扎是治疗大隐静脉曲张的理想术式.

Objective:To evaluate the effects of varicose great saphenous veins treated by microwave en-dovenous intracavitary coagulation combined with small incision high ligation.Methods:220 cases of varicose great saphenous veins (302 limbs)treated by microwave endovenous intracavitary coagulation combined with small incision high ligation from April 2008 to March 2011 were analysed retrospectively.Preoperative Doppler ultrasonography was utilized to clarify the deep vein of lower limbs was unobstructed.Under epi-dural block anesthesia,the long saphenous vein was high ligatured with small incision,and microwave en-dovenous intracavitary coagulation was performed on the long saphenous vein and its varicose side branches. Results:The operation time was 30~65 min (mean 45 min )for each limb.Hospital stay was 4~9 day (mean 7.5 day).Among the patients ,198 (280 limbs)were followed up for 6~24 months (mean 11.2 months )af-ter the operations ,The varicose veins on lower limbs disappeared,the pigment lightened ,the ulcers heal up and there was no recurrence.Conclusion:Microwave endovenous intracavitary coagulation combined with small incision high ligation is effective for varicose great saphenous veins .
