侵袭性牙周炎牙周基础治疗的临床价值分析

An Analysis on Clinical Value of Periodental Non-surgical Treatment for Aggressive Periodontitis

目的：探讨侵袭性牙周炎牙周基础治疗的临床价值.方法：选择某院2012年1月-2014年1月60例侵袭性牙周炎牙周基础治疗患者,分析治疗前后患者患牙牙周探诊深度（PD）、探诊出血指数（BI）、附着水平（AL）变化情况.结果：患者治疗后PD、BI、AL得到明显改善,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（P 〈0.05）,且随着治疗时间推移,治疗效果更为显著（P 〈0.05）.结论：侵袭性牙周炎牙周经基础治疗获得良好疗效,具有较高临床应用价值.

Objective:To investigate the clinical value of periodental non-surgical treatment for aggressive periodontitis.Methods:Select 60 patients with aggressive periodontitis receiving periodental non-surgical treatment in some hospital during the period during the period from January 2012 to January 2014 ,analyze the PD,BI and AL of patients'diseased tooth before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,PD,BI and AL were all improved,to compare with that before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).With the treatment time going on,the effect became more and more obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion:It would achieve great effect after periodental non-surgical treatment for AgP,it is of great clinical application value.
