中药注射剂临床应用分析及其疗效和不良反应观察

Clinical Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injections and the Efficacy and Adverse Reactions Observed

目的：探讨中药注射剂在临床中的应用效果和药物不良反应.方法：选取某院2013年4月-2014年4月40例住院患者并使用中药方面的相关注射剂进行治疗的作为实验组,选取某院40例住院患者未使用中药方面的相关注射剂进行治疗的作为对照组,比较两组疗效以及药物不良反应等.结果：本次研究中,实验组95%（38/40）患者对药物治疗方案给予肯定评价,高于对照组85%（34/40）,两组进行对比,其差异具有统计学意义（P 〈0.05）;实验组95%（38/40）患者对治疗方案满意,高于对照组65%（26/40）.两组进行对比,其差异具有统计学意义（P 〈0.05）;实验组不良反应发生率为7.5%,低于对照组（不良反应发生率为25%）（P 〈0.05）.结论：中药注射剂在临床上使用较多效果理想,能够提高患者生活治疗,且药物不良反应也相对比较少,值得推广使用.

Objective:To investigate the effects of injections in the clinical application of effects and ad-verse drug reactions.Methods:The author hospital diagnosis to treatment of 80 patients were analyzed rele-vant information,depending on the method of treatment patients were divided into two groups,using West-ern medicine treatment,the experimental group received traditional Chinese medicine inj ection therapy,com-paring the two groups,and adverse drug reactions and so on.Results:95% of patients in the experimental group for the evaluation of drug treatment programs in the affirmative,the control group (85%)(P <0.05);the experimental group,95% of patients on treatment options satisfaction was higher (65%)(P<0.05);the experimental group,incidence of adverse reactions was 7.5% lower than in the control group (in-cidence of adverse reactions was 25%)(P<0.05);the experimental group 3 cases of adverse drug reactions,&nbsp;adverse events was 7.5% lower in the control group (10 cases of adverse drug reactions occur,adverse reac-tions was 25%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of traditional Chinese medicine injection results in more ideal clinical curative effect in patients after treatment,patients can improve life,and adverse drug reactions are relatively small and should be introduced.
