加巴喷丁联合尼莫地平治疗偏头痛临床疗效研究

Gabapentin Combined with Nimodipine in the Treatment of Migraine Clinical Research

目的：探究加巴喷丁联合尼莫地平对偏头痛的临床治疗效果.方法：选取某院中2014年1月-12月的偏头痛患者100例,分为对照组和治疗组,每组各50例,对照组患者使用尼莫地平单种药物进行治疗,治疗组使用加巴喷丁与尼莫地平联合治疗,对比两组病患用药前后的头痛发作次数、药物疗效及其它不良反应情况.结果：经对比得治疗组在头痛发作次数、药物疗效方面明显优于对照组,结果有显著性差异（P 〈0.05）.结论：采用加巴喷丁联合尼莫地平治疗偏头痛可有效减轻患者头痛发作程度,减少头痛发作次数,降低不良反应发生率.

Objective:To explore the gabapentin joint nim horizon the clinical therapeutic effect of mi-graine.Methods:Selection in our hospital from January 2014 to December 100 cases of patients with migraine, divided into control group and treatment group,50 cases in each group,control group patients use nim hori-zon a single drug treatment,the treatment group with gabapentin and nim horizon j oint treatment,compared two groups of patients before and after medication headache frequency,drug efficacy and other adverse reac-tions.Results:By comparison in the treatment group in the number of headache,drug curative effect is better than that in control group,the results have significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:Gabapentin joint nim horizon to treat migraine can effectively reduce the degree of headache patients,decrease The Times of head-ache and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
