改良截石位腹腔镜手术中的护理配合

Nursing Cooperation in Laparoscopic Surgery Directing at Improving Lithotomy Position

目的:探讨护理配合在改良截石位腹腔镜手术中应用的效果。方法:选择40例行头低足高改良截石位腹腔镜手术患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各20例,对照组采用腹腔镜手术常规护理,观察组术中加强护理配合。观察两组术中体位配合满意度及术后24h体位不适感。结果:观察组患者体位配合满意度明显高于对照组(100.00%vs 80.00%);患者术后24h体位无不适感明显高于对照组(85.00%vs 55.00%)(P<0.05);随访72h,两组患者均未出现明显的上下肢疼痛、麻木及血压的变化。结论:改良截石位符合人体力学的要求,术中加强护理配合,有助于术中医师的操作,提高患者舒适度及手术治疗效果。

Objective:To investigate the application effect of nursing cooperation in laparoscopic surgery directing at lithotomy position.Methods:Select 60 patients expecting to receive laparoscopic surgery directing at modifying lower-head and higher-feet lithotomy position.Divide them into observation group and control group according to random number table ,20 cases for each group.The control group were treated with con-ventional nursing for laparoscopic surgery while as for the observation group ,intraoperative nursing were strengthened.Observe intraoperative satisfaction degree and postoperative discomfortableness in the following 24 hours after surgery in both group.Results:After Surgery,patients'satisfaction with position cooperation was obviously higher than that in control group (100.00% vs 80.00%),patients'postoperative discomfortable-ness in the following 24 hours after surgery was obviously higher than that of the control group(85.00% vs 55.00%),P<0.05.During the 72-hour follow-up,no obvious upper and lower limb ache ,numb and change of blood pressure occurred in both group.Conclusion:The modification of lithotomy position conforms to the de-mand of body mechanics,it would be helpful for physicians'operation during operation,improve patients' comfort and the curative effect of the surgery if the operation of nursing during surgery.
