SPOT生命体征测量仪联合信息系统使用对提高书写护理文书效率的研究

A Research on The Effect of Combined Application of SPOT Vital Signs Detector and Information System on the Improvement of Writing Efficiency of Nursing Document

目的:介绍某院在临床工作中SPOT生命体征测量仪联合信息系统使用对提高书写护理文书效率的经验体会。方法:比较SPOT生命体征测量仪联合信息系统使用与传统方法测量生命体征后再人工录入数据方法在护士书写护理文书的时间、效率、准确性、安全性等方面的研究。结果:通过比较得出,SPOT生命体征测量仪与信息系统联合使用强于传统测量方法,体现在:(1)运用信息化系统,优化护理工作流程,提高工作效率和服务质量;(2)确保数据的及时、准确,缩短护理文书书写时间,节省人力资源,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To introduce the clinical experience of some hospital in the improvement of writing efficiency through the combined application of SPOT vital signs Detector and information system.Methods:Compare writing duration ,writing efficiency,accuracy ,safety and the others of the documents made by nur-ses through the combined application of SPOT vital signs detector and information system and through fol-lowing the traditional methods ,namely logging data after measuring vital signs.Results:According to the comparison,the effect of the combined application of :SPOT vital signs detector and information system is better than that of the traditional method,and it is mainly reflected in 2 aspects;firstly,the application of in-formatized system optimized the nursing process and improve the working effiency and the quality of service;secondly,it guarantees the timeliness,accuracy of the data shortens the time to write nursing documents and saves human resources,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
