205例反复IVF-ET失败行宫腔镜后再次移植最佳时间的分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究反复IVF-ET失败后宫腔镜后再次胚胎移植的最佳时间。方法:取2010年1月~2013年1月在华中科技大学附属同济医院生殖中心曾行IVF-ET失败要求再次行IVF-ET患者共205例,年龄20~35岁,既往行IVF-ET失败≥2次,ET日内膜厚度≥7mm。Logistic模型进行回归分析宫腔镜检查距离胚胎移植时间与患者临床妊娠率负相关,根据宫腔镜检查距离胚胎移植时间分为3组,第1组距离胚胎移植时间60d以内,148例;第2组距离胚胎移植时间60d^8个月,37例;第3组距离胚胎移植时间8个月以上,20例。结果:3组的着床率分别为25.%,16.21%,20.%;临床妊娠率分别为47.97%,27.02%,35%;流产率为11.26%,20%,14.28%。结论:宫腔镜检后再次ET的间隔时间与临床妊娠率相关,其最佳的时间为60d之内。 Objective:To research the best time to retransplant after hysteroscopy after repeated failure in IVF-ET.Methods:Select a total of 205 patients received in reproductive center of the Afiliated Tongji Hospital of Huazhong Hospital of Science and Technology who once failed in IVF-ET and were asking for IVF-ET again.Inclusive criteria:age:20 ~ 35;Previous failures in IVF-ET≥2;Thickness of intima in the ET day≥7mm;the temporal distance between hysteroscopy and ET was negatively related to patients' clinical pregnancy rate according to the logistic regressive analysis.Divide them into 3groups according to the temporal distance between hysteroscopy and ET,in group one,the temporal distance between hysteroscopy and ET was within 60 days and 148 cases were included in this group;in group 2,the temporal distance between hysteroscopy and ET was within 60days^8months and 37 cases were included in this group;in group 3,the temporal distance between hysteroscopy and ET was above 8months and 20 cases were included.Results:The implantation rate in the three group was 25.%,16.21%,20.% respectively;the clinical pregnancy rate was47.97%,27.02%,35%respectively and abortion rate was 11.26%,20%,14.28%.Conclusion:The interval between hysteroscopy and ET is related to pregnancy rate,the best time shall be within 60 days.
