新疆高校财务人员职业素质分析

On the Professional Quality of College Financial Personnel in Xinjiang

高校财务人员的职业素质直接影响着教学、科研工作的顺利进行及高校建设的可持续发展。高校财务人员应当具备过硬的专业素质、崇高的职业道德、良好的沟通能力和较强的综合素质。对新疆255名高校财务人员的调查结果显示,财务人员存在专业能力不强、职业理念模糊、法律意识欠缺、职业道德素质不高、沟通协调能力差等问题。应通过严格录用标准、加强学习培训、提高人际交往能力、创新管理手段等途径来提高其职业素质。

With the growing scale of colleges and universities,the state continues to increase higher education fun-ding.The professional quality of college financial personnel directly affects the smooth going of teaching and re-search and the sustainable development of colleges construction.Therefore,the professional quality of college finan-cial personnel should include:excellent professional qualities,high professional ethics,great communication skills, and a strong overall quality.The survey of 255 college financial personnel in Xinjiang shows that there has been some problems such as poor professional ability,unclear professional concepts,weak consciousness of obeying the laws,shortage of vocational ethic idea and qualities, insufficient skills of communication and coordination, and so on.We should improve their professional quality by the strict implementation of recruitment standards,the enhance-ment of training, the improvement of personnel interpersonal communication skills, the innovation of management tools,and so on.
