高职院校心理健康教育课程改革探讨 被引量:2

摘要 近年来,高校因学生心理问题导致的各种突发事件频发,大学生的心理健康教育日益受到重视。高职院校心理健康课程建设还存在很多不足,如师资匮乏、考核简单、改革创新不足等,需要通过社会、学校、学生和家庭的共同努力和配合,多措并举解决这些问题:一是大力宣传心理健康教育知识,二是建立以积极心理学为主导的课程培养目标,三是开发具有行业特色的校本教材,四是建设具有校本特色的心理健康教育文化,五是建立大学生心理危机干预机制,六是提升师资的总体实力。 In recent years, frequent emergencies happened due to psychological problems of college students and psychological health education has received increasing attention.Vocational college as an important part of Universi-ty groups,has many problems in its psychological health courses construction,as teachers shortage,simple assess-ment,and insufficient innovation of reform.Measures are needed to resolve these problems through the joint efforts and cooperation of society,school,students and family:first is to publicize greatly the knowledge of psychological health education,second is to establish actively the course training objectives led by Active Psychology,third is to develop the school textbooks with industry features,fourth is to construct the psychological health education culture with school features,Fifth is to build mental crisis intervention for college students,six is to enhance teachers’ over-all strength.
