基于教学实践的教师教学机智的特征

摘要 教学机智是教师处理教学过程中突发事件的能力,它体现在教师面对复杂的教学情况时表现出来的一种敏感、迅速和准确的判断与行为方式。通过了解任课教师的教学片段,深入分析教学实践中教师教学机智具有的果断性、可变性、灵活性、诱导性、科学性等特点,有助于教师在课堂教学中正确运用教学机智,提高教学效果。 Teaching tact is a kind of ability of teachers to deal with emergencies in the process of teaching,and also a sensitive,rapid and accurate judgment and behavior mode of teachers when they facing with the complex teaching situation.Through the understanding of teachers classroom teaching,the paper analyzes deeply the characteristics of teaching tact of teachers in the practice,such as flexibility,variability,decisiveness,inductivity,scientific feature, and so on,so as to help teachers to apply their teaching tact correctly in the classroom teaching and improve the teaching effect.
