摘要 帕金森病是人类常见的神经退行性疾病之一,其病理机制复杂,病因目前仍不清楚。近年来,帕金森病进程中免疫炎性反应引起人们的关注,小胶质细胞的激活以及炎性因子的高表达参与了帕金森病的发生、发展过程。因此,建立合适的帕金森病动物模型有助于更好地阐明其发病机制和筛选有效的治疗药物。脂多糖诱导的神经炎症可以复制一些帕金森病的病理特征。本文综述了脂多糖致帕金森病动物模型,并分析评价其特点和适用性。 Parkinson's disease( PD) is one of the most prevalent neurodegenerative movement disorders in human being. The pathology of PD is complex and the etiology remains poorly understood. In recent years,inflammation has been suggested to be involved in the occurrence and development of PD,by activation of microglia and over- expression of the inflammatory factors. Developing appropriate PD animal model helps to better elucidate the pathogenesis and screen effective drugs of PD. Inflammation induced by lipopolysaccharide( LPS) can replicate some characteristics of PD. In this review,the LPS- induced PD models were discussed,and their characteristics and applications were evaluated.
