摘要
应用平面曲杆的弯曲理论分析活塞环工作时的受力状态,得出活塞环各处受力和变形不同。对活塞环的磨损问题进行讨论,介绍求解活塞环自由状态曲线的一些方法,对有限元法进行分析。并利用有限元软件模拟活塞环和缸壁的接触。结果表明只要活塞环所受压力变化,活塞环就不能和缸壁完好接触。
Through applying the bending theory of plane curved bar to analyze stress state of the piston ring , the conclusion is reached that the different parts of piston ring have different force and deforma-tion . The problems of piston ring wear are discussed . Some methods for solving the unrestrained piston ring curve are introduced and finite ele-ment methods are analyzed . And finite element analysis software is used to simulate the contact between the piston ring and the internal surface of cylinder . The results show that it cannot be full contacted between the piston ring and the internal surface of cylinder all the time as long as the pressure changes .
