摘要
排气歧管是铸造件,存在内应力,为了释放应力,补偿热胀冷缩疲劳变形量,在与缸盖连接面上开了槽。开槽会影响接合面的加工精度。文章在对传统加工工艺分析的基础上,对加工工艺做了优化改进,保证了质量、降低了成本,取得了良好的效果。
Exhaust manifold is a casting part , which has internal stress . To release it and compensate the heat expansion and contraction fatigue deformation , a groove is provided on the surface of cylinder . Slotting can affect the machining accuracy of the joint surface . Based on the analysis of the traditional processing technology , the paper optimizes the process of the processing technology , which ensures the quality and reduces the cost , and obtains good results .
