摘要
为了防止行走减速机制动失效故障发生,通过对连采机行走减速机制动性能试验,测得最大制动扭矩平均值和滑动摩擦扭矩平均值,并与设计的额定制动力矩对比和分析,同时对行走减速机制动器结构、制动原理进行分析,利用有限元分析,整机坡道制动性能分析等多种方法来判定其制动性能的合理性和可靠性,并对行走减速机制动失效故障进行初步诊断。
The running reducer of continuous miner was done to prevent brake failure . The testing data including average of max braking torque and average of sliding friction torque was compared with design destination and analysis . The structure and principle of running reducer are also analyzed . Finite element method (FEM), capability analysis of complete machine ramp braking and other method was used to test rationality and reliability of braking capability . Finally , a preliminary diagnosis was made to running reducer braking failure .
