This paper introduces Shiheng special steel 2# roller movable cast iron machine which , with relatively backward form high failure rate , seriously affects the normal production . In order to solve the above problems , to reduce the failure rate , this cast iron machine was replaced by a well performed roller fixed cast iron machine .
