漏油是机床普遍存在的一种不正常现象。漏油不但浪费油料,消耗动力,而且也影响机床的正常运转,危及安全,给企业的设备现场管理、文明生产乃至企业形象都将带来不良后果。本文结合工作实际,对漏油采用堵、封、引、接、修、换、焊、改等方式方法,对症下药,分别治理。

Oil spill is a kind of abnormal phenomenon common . Oil spill is not only a waste of fuel , power consumption , but also affect the normal operation of machine tool , endanger safety , which will lead to severe consequences on equipment management , civilized production and even corporate image. In this paper, combining working practice, different ways to solve oil spill are explored, such as blocking, sealing, stretching, joining, repairing, changing, and welding, which are used for different problems .
