浅谈职业教育产学合作培养模式

Training Model of Industry-University Cooperation in Vocational Education

产学合作教育是现代职业教育发展的重要趋势,体现了以就业为导向人才培养模式要求,是职业教育本质特征要求的必然结果。产学合作要求企业和学校共同制定人才培养方案、更新合作理念、充分调动学生、学校及企业等各方面的积极性;在合作模式上进行创新,以实现合作双赢;并完善规章制度,加强对学生的保护工作;并安排学生真正去一线工作,使学生在真实职业环境中"零距离"接触岗位,从而达到毕业前就能顶岗。

Industry-University Cooperation Education is an impor-tant trend in the development of modern vocational education, which re-flects the requirements of employment-oriented training model, and is the inevitable result of the essential characteristics requirements of vocational education. The training plan must be developed by companies and schools together; the concept of cooperation needs to be updated, and the initiative of students, schools and businesses and other aspects need to be fully mobilized; the cooperation model needs to be innovated, in order to achieve win-win cooperation; and the rules and regulations need to be improved, strengthen the protection of students; and the students are ar-ranged to go to the front line, so that they "zero distance"contact with the real job in occupational settings, so as to be able to post teaching be-fore graduation.
