摘要
工作场所条件的无障碍程度是如何影响残障者走出家门走向竞争性就业的?社会政策在该议题上扮演了怎样的角色?通过对三类企业组织的跨个案比较分析,文章揭示无障碍环境的缺乏拦阻了有竞争性就业需要和就业能力的残障者进入公开劳动力市场,"有障碍"的工作场所则降低了在业残障者的就业质量和社会融合;必须对残障者就业保障政策的目标进行反思,重新界定政策问题,加强对无障碍环境的支持,促进残障者融合就业。
Does a more barrier- free workplace influence the ability of a person with disabilities to obtain a competitive job? Based on case studies of three different types of employment organizations,the paper analyzed the shortage of barrier- free conditions.Many persons with disabilities who could achieve competitive employment and have employment abilities cannot enter the open labor market. Being effectively barred from the workplace reduces their level of employment quality and social integration.Rethinking China's disability employment security policy and enhancing the policysupport for barrier- free conditions in the workplace are a must.
