宫颈癌术前近距离放射治疗的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 近距离放射治疗是宫颈癌重要的治疗手段。ⅠB~ⅡA期宫颈癌患者术前行近距离放射治疗可改善肿瘤病理分期,提高手术标本切缘阴性率,改善患者生活质量及生存预后。近距离放射治疗已从传统低剂量率向现代高剂量率、脉冲剂量率放疗发展;从二维到三维影像引导下技术发展,进一步提高了术前近距离放射治疗的有效性、精确性和安全性。本文旨在综述宫颈癌术前近距离放射治疗的相关研究进展。
