深圳市一二年级小学生含氟牙膏使用与母亲知信行之间的关系

Mother's knowledge,attitude and practice( KAP) influence on fluoride toothpaste use among primary school children in Shenzhen city

目的了解深圳市小学生含氟牙膏使用及其对小学生使用含氟牙膏的影响,为制定口腔健康教育措施提供依据。方法采用二阶段抽样方法,在深圳市龙华新区4个街道选择34所小学,将小学一、二年级学生的母亲做为调查对象开展问卷调查。结果 3 120名小学生母亲的含氟牙膏使用率为39.52%,小学生含氟牙膏使用率为28.43%。公立学校和私立学校小学生含氟牙膏使用率差异无统计学意义（χ2=1.47,P〉0.05）。Logistic回归分析显示,母亲使用含氟牙膏（OR=32.46,95%CI=22.15~43.78）、母亲听说过含氟牙膏（OR=5.11,95%CI=2.39~8.24）、母亲了解含氟牙膏益处（OR=2.93,95%CI=1.42~5.23）、母亲督促孩子刷牙（OR=1.79,95%CI=1.18~2.25）、母亲购买含氟牙膏（OR值分别为3.74,3.59,95%CI=2.12~4.94,2.08~4.61）及母亲定期带孩子看牙医（OR值分别为2.46,2.08,95%CI分别为1.37~3.75,1.23~3.14）均可以促使孩子使用含氟牙膏。结论小学生母亲的知识、态度和行为对小学生含氟牙膏使用有影响,对小学生母亲开展健康教育和行为干预是促进儿童使用含氟牙膏的有效措施。

Objective To learn the fluoride toothpaste use rate among primary school students, and to explore mother＇s at- titude, knowledge and practice influence on fluoride toothpaste use among children and provide suggestions for oral health educa- tion. Methods Two stage sampling method was used to select 34 primary schools in 4 towns of Longhua district of Sbenzben, mothers of students in grade 1 and grade 2 were interviewed face to face by questionnaires. Results Among the 3 120 mothers, the fluoride toothpaste use rate was 39.52%, and 28.43% among primary school students. The differentiation of students＂ fluoride tooth- paste use rate between social schools and private schools wasn＇t statistically significant. Logistic regression analysis showed that students were more likely to use fluoride toothpaste whose mother used fluoride toothpaste （OR = 32. 46, 95% CI= 22.15-43.78 ）, who knew fluoride toothpaste （ OR= 5.11, 95%CI= 2.39-8.24） and its benefit （ OR = 2.93, 95%C1= 1.42-5.23 ）, who teached children brush teeth { OR = 1.79, 95% CI= 1.18-2.25）, who selected toothpaste with fluoride and who bringed children to visit den- tist regularly. Conclusion Mother＇s knowledge, attitude and behavior can influence the use of fluoride toothpaste among their chil- dren. So it＇s an effective measure to implement health education and behavioral intervention among mothers to promote the using of fluoride toothpaste among their children.
