中日韩3国高中生负性心理情绪比较

Mental health among high school students in China,Japan and South Korea

目的了解中、日、韩3国高中生负性情绪现状,为指导高中生心理健康发展提供借鉴依据。方法通过运用2010年中、日、韩3国高中生调查数据,比较分析3国高中生的负性情绪。结果在抑郁情绪方面,中国(2.14±0.81)和日本(2.21±0.96)高中生均高于韩国(1.93±0.72)高中生(P值均<0.05);3国男女间性别差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),日本和韩国高中生女生高于男生,而中国高中生则男生高于女生。焦虑情绪方面,中国(1.86±0.70)和日本(1.80±0.78)高中生高于韩国(1.54±0.63)高中生(P值均<0.05),且均表现为女生高于男生。敌意情绪方面,中国(1.72±0.74)和日本(1.79±0.82)高中生高于韩国(1.43±0.61)高中生(P值均<0.05)。总负性情绪方面,中国(1.91±0.63)和日本(1.95±0.74)高中生高于韩国(1.65±0.56)高中生(P值均<0.05);日本和韩国存在性别差异(t值分别为-4.71,-11.46,P值均<0.05)。结论中国高中生心理健康水平与日本相当,差于韩国高中生。应帮助高中生正确认识和调整心理问题。

Objective To examine mental health among high school students in China, Japan and South Korea. Methods Negative emotions among high school students from three countries by using survey data of Chinese, Japanese, Korean high school students in 2010. Results Chinese high school students （2.14±0.81） and Japanese high school students （2.21±0. 96） scored higher in depressive symptoms compared with south Korea students （1.93±0.72） （P〈0.05} .Statistical significance was found in dif- ferent seres of 3 countries, female students reported more depressive symptoms than male peers in Japan and South Korea, while male students had more problems in depressive symptoms in China. Chinese （1.86±0.70） and Japanese （ 1.80±0.78 ） high school students scored significantly higher in anxiety than south Korean （ 1.54±0.63） high school students（ P〈0.05）, there was no differ- ence between China and Japan; Gender differences exist between three countries, with girls higher than boys（P〈0.05）. Chinese （1.72±0.74） and Japanese（1.79±0.82） high school students scored significantly higher than South Korea （ 1.43±0.61 ） in hostili- ty. Significant gender differences exist in Japanese and South Korean students excepted China. Chinese （ 1.91±0.63 } and Japanese （1.95±0.74） high school students had higher scored in general negative emotion than South Korean students （1.65±0.56） , there was no difference between Chinese and Japanese students. Significant gender differences existed in Japanese and South Korean students except China.Conclusion Chinese high school students＂ mental health status is almost the same as the Japanese.Some necessary helps should be given to them to recognize and adjust mental health problems correctly.
