摘要
圆锥滚子超精研导辊的磨削辊形直接影响滚子超精研质量,基于共轭曲面原理建立了导辊磨削辊形的解析表达式,通过数值计算分析磨削辊形的特征,数值分析表明:辊形锥角受砂轮锥角的影响最大,而受砂轮直径和砂轮架垂直摆角的影响不大;辊形凹度受砂轮架垂直摆角的影响最大,受砂轮直径的影响较大,而受砂轮锥角的影响极小。并利用一种特殊导辊,实现了导辊磨削辊形的精密测量,测量结果与数值计算结果一致性良好。
The ground shape of superfinishing guide roller has direct influence on superfinishing quality of tapered roll-er.The analytic expressions for shape of guide roller are built based on principle of conjugation surface,and the char-acteristics of shape after grinding are numerically analyzed.The numerical analysis shows that the taper angle of guide roller grinding wheel’s taper angle and hardly affected by grinding wheel’s diameter and vertical angle of grinding wheel rack.The concavity of guide roller is obviously influenced by vertical angle of grinding wheel rack and grinding wheel’s diameter,but it is hardly affected by grinding wheel’s taper angle.The precision measurement for ground shape of guide roller is realized by using a special guide roller.The measuring results and numerical calculation results are in close agreement.
