水稻(Oryza sativa L.)苗期叶色失绿是水稻中较常见的一个重要突变性状,叶色突变体是研究植物光合作用、光形态建成、激素生理、植物生长发育等一系列生理代谢过程的理想材料。概述了水稻苗期叶色失绿基因的研究状况和最新进展,旨在为叶色突变基因的应用提供理论参考。
The rice seedling leaf chlorosis is one of the most important mutant traits. The leaf chlorosis mutant is an ideal material for the study of plant photosynthesis, photomorphogenesis, hormone, plant growth and development, and a series of physiological metabolism process. This paper summarized the research on the rice seedling chlorosis genes and the latest developments. This would provide a theoretical reference for the application of the leaf chlorosis genes.
