接种白腐菌对城市污泥堆肥效果的影响 被引量:4

摘要 研究利用稻草、木屑和麸皮为调理剂进行室内城市污泥堆肥模拟试验。同时接种白腐菌,监测堆肥过程中微生物指标、酶活水平及营养成分的动态变化,考察其对堆肥效果的影响。结果表明,与不接种白腐菌的对照相比,接种白腐菌能够提高堆体的温度、真菌数量、纤维素酶和半纤维素酶活性水平,降低氮素损失、促进硝态氮累积,全面提高堆体有效N、P、K含量。其中,接种2%的白腐菌效果最好,使发酵结束时堆料全氮的损失降低8.3个百分点,铵态氮含量降低31.1%,硝态氮含量增加14.2%;全磷、全钾、速效磷、速效钾含量分别提高42.9%、37.5%、33.4%、13.5%。 In this study, effects of inoculating white rot fungi on the quality of sewage sludge compost were investigated by interior simulated composting experiment using straw, sawdust and bran as the modifier, and the microbiological enzyme activity and nutritional components were analyzed. The results showed that after inoculation of white rot fungi, the composting temperature, fungi number, cellulose and hemicellulose enzyme activity were improved, and nitrogen loss was reduced, as well as nitrate nitrogen accumulation was increased. Contents of available N, P, and K in compost were also raised. While 2% of white rot fungi was used to composting, the total nitrogen loss decreased by 8.3%, and ammonium nitrogen concentration was reduced by 31.1% to obtain a 14.2% increase of nitric nitrogen. Meanwhile, total P, total K, available P, and available K increased by 42.9%, 37.5%, 33.4% and 13.5% respectively.
