摘要
研究多粘芽孢杆菌的发酵放大工艺,探索在5t发酵罐中采用不同溶氧、不同碳源A浓度及不同种类的碳源对发酵的影响。结果表明,混用碳源B和碳源C可以较好的阻止多粘芽孢杆菌自溶,大部分菌体形成芽孢,发酵液中的芽孢数量为5亿/m L,这些研究为后面的工业化生产打下了良好的基础。
We studied the scale-up fermentation of Paenibacillus polymyxa. Different dissolved oxygen, different concentration of carbon source A and different types of carbon sources on the impact of fermentation were studied at 5 tons fermenter. The results showed that the carbon B combined with carbon C can well prevent autolysis of Paenibacillus polymyxa and most bac- teria can form spores. The number of spores in the fermentation broth was 500 million/mL. All these lay a good foundation for the industrialization.
