生物酶制剂对采后菜心毒死蜱残留的降解作用 被引量:1

摘要 建立了菜心毒死蜱残留气相色谱检测方法,在0.01~2.00 mg/L浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系,回收率为77%~89%,变异系数在2.0%~7.9%之间。供试酶制剂对采后菜心毒死蜱残留具有明显的去除效果,去除率与起始处理的毒死蜱浓度和降解酶制剂的稀释倍数有关。菜心起始浸泡浓度为毒死蜱有效成分400、40、4 mg/L时,分别以降解酶制剂稀释1倍(即原液)、10倍、100倍处理,结果表明,稀释倍数为1倍和10倍时,总体差异不明显,毒死蜱残留去除率均保持在84%~96%,但稀释100倍时,显著低于前两者,去除率分别为59.41%、79.59%和66.77%。根据试验结果,供试的生物降解酶制剂去除采后菜心毒死蜱的适宜稀释倍数为10~100倍,对4~400 mg/L菜心毒死蜱残留可有效去除59%~92%。 Chinese flowering cabbage of chlorpyrifos residue gas chromatography method was established,which showed good linear relationship with the concentration of 0.01-2.00 mg/L and the recovery was 77%-89% ,and coefficient variation was 2.0%-7.9%.The selected enzyme preparation had obvious removal effect to chlorpyrifos residue in postharvest Chinese flowering cabbage and the removal rate was related to the dilution ratio and the initial concentration of chlorpyrifos.The removal of chlorpyrifos was determined by diluting the preparation to 1,10 and 100 times with Chinese flowering cabbage chlorpyrifos active ingredients initial concentrations of 400 mg/L,40 mg/L and 4 mg/L, respectively. Results showed that the removal rate of chlorpyrifos was 84%-96% when dilution ratios were 1 and 10 times. However, removal rate of 100 times diluted preparation was remarkably lower than the former two preparations which were 59.41%,79.59% and 66.77%,respectively.According to the experimental results, the most appropriate dilution ratio of enzyme preparation was 10 to 100 times and 59%-92% of chlor- pyrifos residue was eliminated.
