摘要
研究了布拉迪酵母菌(Saccharomyces boulardii)对肠道菌群失调樱桃谷肉鸭肠道酶的修复作用。将25只樱桃谷肉鸭随机分成正常对照组(5只)、抗生素组(20只)。建立樱桃谷肉鸭菌群失调模型,菌群失调模型建立后,抗生素组分为4组,每组5只:即氨苄青霉素组,布拉迪酵母菌低剂量组(试验Ⅰ组)、中剂量组(试验Ⅱ组)、高剂量组(试验Ⅲ组),其中,氨苄青霉素组立即屠宰取样并测定相关指标,各剂量布拉迪酵母菌组按每天200 m L/只饲喂各剂量酵母菌菌悬液,正常对照组自由饮水,各组连续饮用15 d。观察各组肠黏膜酶活性和基因表达的变化。结果表明,布拉迪酵母菌具有调节和增强双糖酶的活性、营养物质的吸收能力,对肉鸭黏膜蛋白质含量无显著影响。
The experiment aimed at studying the repair effect on intestinal dysbacteriosis ducks by Saccharomyces boulardii. 25 Cherry valley ducks were randomly divided to 5 groups such as normal control group, four test groups which need construct intestinal dysbacteriosis model first for 10 days. After the dysbacteriosis model constructed the four groups were treated with ampicillin and different doses of Saccharomyces boulardii 200 mL per duck for 15 d. The ampicillin group were slaughtered af- ter treatment and tested correlative index, and the Saccharomyces boulardii groups were observed about intestinal enzyme ac- tivity and gene expression. The results showed that Saccharomyces boulardii could moderate and enhance the activity of disaccharidase and absorption of nutrients, and had no significant effect on the intestinal mucosa protein of meat duck.
