摘要
为了探究生物质的燃烧机理,采用热重分析仪对豆秆、玉米秆、棉秆、榕树叶、狗尾草和芦苇等典型生物质的热解规律进行了研究。结果表明,生物质的燃烧过程主要是析出挥发分的过程,是以气相燃烧为主、多相燃烧为辅的非均相燃烧的混合过程;相对于其他燃料,生物质的活化能较低,可以作为助燃燃料添加于城市生活垃圾焚烧发电工艺;采用一级反应动力学模型能够较好地描述生物质的热解过程。
In order to study the combustion characteristics of biomass, pyrolysis rules of typical biomass (including stalks of beans, maize, cotton, banyan leaves, green bristlegrass, and reed) were studied by using thermogravimetric analysis. Results showed that the combustion of biomass was mainly the burning of volatile components and this combustion process was a mixed process in which the gas phase burning was main reaction but other combustion process also existed. The activation energy of biomass was lower than other fuels, which could be used as auxiliary fuel to the combustion power generation of municipal solid waste(MSW). The first-order reaction kinetic model could better describe the biomass pyrolysis process.
