基于STM32的自动香蕉秸秆压缩成型机

摘要 海南香蕉秸秆当前绝大部分没有得到充分利用,处于被废弃的状态,针对这一现状,提出了一种基于STM32控制的香蕉秸秆压缩成型机的自动控制系统。该压缩成型机在STM32的控制下通过步进电机系统、液压控制系统的有效配合将秸秆切割,然后通过压缩成型系统将其压缩成颗粒或板状。系统采用全自动化监控,实用性强、效率较高,为香蕉秸秆转化为高级能源替代煤炭、石油等化学能源提供了很好的条件,同时也为香蕉秸秆向生物质能源的转化过程节省了人力和物力。 The banana stalks in Hainan province were underutilized in a state of abandonment currently, aiming at the status quo, an automatic control system of banana straw compacting shape machine controlled by STM32 was proposed. Under the control of STM32, the compacting shape machine cut stalks through the effective cooperation of stepping motor system and the hydraulic control system, and then compressed it into granules or plates through the compacting shape system. The compressor adopted the automatic monitoring, possessed the advantages of strong practicability and high efficiency, providing favorable condition for turning banana stalks into senior energy to replace chemical energy such as coal, oil, etc and saving manpower and material resources in the process of turning banana stalks into biomass energy.
