摘要
在熵权法求权重的基础上,运用模糊线性规划方法,建立适用于研究区高标准基本农田利用结构的模糊线性规划模型,引入隶属函数,求出模糊最优解,从而得到项目区建设方案;采用逼近理想解排序法,构建TOPSIS模型对优化设计后的高标准基本农田综合效益进行评价。结果表明,4个行政村综合效益水平为优秀,3个行政村综合效益水平为良好,2个行政村综合效益水平一般,此方案为在经济、社会和生态效益三方面有机统一的可行方案。
This paper build fuzzy linear programming model suitable for studying the use structure of high-standard basic farmland, based on seeking weight with entropy weight method, then import the subjection function to obtain fuzzy optimal solution so as to get the construction scheme of project areas. TOPSIS model is constructed to evaluate comprehensive benefit of high-standard basic farmland after the optimization design. The results show that four of the administrative villages' comprehensive benefits reach excellent level, three of them are good level and the others are middle level. The scheme is feasible with organic unity 'of economic, social and ecological benefit.
