网络交易中退货逆向物流管理研究

居高不下的退货率使得越来越多的企业意识到退货逆向物流管理的重要性。文中从网络交易中涉及到的网络交易商家、消费者、网络购物平台以及物流配送四个方面分析了网络销售高退货率的原因;对电子商务环境下正向物流和退货逆向物流网络结构进行分析;指出加强退货逆向物流管理应从退货逆向物流入口控制,通过建立退货逆向物流中心和加强退货逆向物流信息管理等措施提高退货逆向物流的处理速度和效率。

The increasingly high goods return rate makes more and more enterprises realize the importance of return reverse logistics management.The reason for highly goods return rate on network transactions caused by businesses,consumers, online shopping platform and logistics distribution is analyzed,and the forward logistics together with reverse logistics structure under network environment are researched.Access control to goods return is much more important.The reverse logistics processing center of return goods and information processing center is presented to improve the speed and efficiency of returned goods processing.
