摘要
生鲜农产品的价值在于"新鲜度和安全性",农产品质量安全与品质不仅关系到人们健康,也关系到农产品供应链各环节参与者的的发展。文中从供应链管理角度探讨生鲜农产品流通过程中影响产品质量的因素,从农产品供应链的各环节入手,把诸多影响因素纳入供应链系统管理,保持产品的品质,减少农产品质量安全事件发生。
The value of fresh agricultural products is from their “freshness and safety”.The quality and safety of agricultural products are not only related to the customers'health, but also related to the development of participants in the agricultural products supply chain.From the perspective of supply chain management,we discuss the factors that affect the quality of fresh agricultural products during the process of fresh agricultural products circulation.From the nodes of the agricultural products supply chain,we discuss various factors in the supply chain to help maintain the quality of products,and reduce the agricultural product quality and safety incidents.
