摘要
基于21世纪激烈的竞争环境,H公司是一家马具外贸公司,为了更有效地管理供应商,将供应商根据ABC分类法分为三类:战略型供应商是其核心供应商,针对采购数量相对不多,但有较高附加值的产品,属于公司发展依赖度较高的供应商。供应商的选择方法将运用层次分析法进行分析排序,以方便决策层进行决策和管理。
Based on intense competition in 21st centurySupplier evaluation and management are of great importance for foreign trade companies nowadays.As one of the saddlery trading companiescompany H is driving at being more competitive through evaluating and managing their suppliers more effectively.Thereforesuppliers are divided into three categories according to the‘ABC’ classification.Class A represents strategic suppliers includes key suppliers who provide high value-added products though with relatively small in quantitiesthey are highly related with companies’ development.These suppliers should be sorted through analytic hierarchy process ( AHP) for decision-makers to manage and make decisions.
