摘要
随着市场竞争的日益激烈,汽车生产企业的利润在不断被压缩,如何优化厂内物流、节约生产成本成了很多企业关注的问题。文中用Flexsim软件对多车型汽车零部件物流超市的作业流程进行建模,并根据结果提出仿真优化。
With increasing competition in automobile market,the profits of manufacturing enterprises are compressed,many enterprises are considering how to optimize the plant logistics and save the cost of production.This article use Flexsim software to model and optimize the the Process of multiple Auto part logistics supermarket.
