摘要
食品安全一直是民生热点问题,食品安全关系着国民的身体健康。食品在生产、加工、运输和储存过程中的实时监管和建立食品安全的溯源系统是改善食品现状的主要手段。文中以提高食品安全为目标,通过建立食品追溯管理系统,以高档牛肉的信息追溯系统为研究对象,将从高档牛肉养殖、屠宰、仓储、销售之间每一步环节的RFID信息追踪为关键点进行切入,确定了基于RFID的高档牛肉物流信息管理系统,提出了此信息系统的系统构架、信息传输方式和流程以及基于RFID技术的温度控制仓储系统等。消费者最终可以随时通过手机等信息终端查询与该高档牛肉制品有关的所有信息,满足消费者对产品的知情权。通过追溯系统的建立,增加食品在生产加工过程中信息透明度,可得出食品是否安全的结论。
Food safety has been a hot problem of people's livelihood,and food security relates with the national health.The real-time supervision on the transport and storage process and the establishment of food safety traceability system are the main means to improve the food situation.In this paper,in order to improve food security for the purpose,through the establishment of methods of food traceability management system. With high-grade beef traceability system as the research object,from the high-grade beef breeding,slaughter,warehousing,sales of each pace link RFID tracing information as a key point of entry,determine the upscale beef logistics information management system based on RFID, the paper put forward that the information system, information transmission method and system framework process based on RFID technology,and control the temperature of storage system.The final consumer can be at any time by all information relating to the high-grade beef products information terminal such as mobile phone inquiries, satisfy the consumer to the product right.Through the establishment of traceability system, increase the transparency of information in food production and processing process,whether the food is safe.
