摘要
文中针对某型号飞机总装脉动生产线实际情况,应用系统布置设计(SLP)的概念、理论和方法,设计了飞机总装脉动生产线的车间布局。首先分析车间内物流系统,确定各站位之间的物流和非物流强度关系,生成作业单元综合相互关系图,考虑脉动生产线的实际约束条件和修正要素得到两个总体布局方案。最后采用分层加权因素比较评价法进行方案的定性和定量综合分析,获得较优方案。
This paper according to the actual situation of a certain type of aircraft assembly pulse production line, the concept,theory and method of application of systematic layout planning ( SLP) design of aircraft assembly pulse production line layout of workshop.First analysis of the workshop logistics system, determine all stations between logistics and non logistics relation strength, working unit integrated relationship graph generation, consider pulse production line actual constraints and correction factor two layout scheme is obtained.Finally,the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the scheme is carried out by using the method of hierarchical weighting factor,and the best scheme is obtained.
