摘要
为了提升工位和人员的利用率,保证装配生产线不出现工位闲置或者作业负荷过量的情况,在分析总结国内外装配线平衡研究的基础上,提出采用遗传算法优化装配线平衡问题。以x公司发动机装配线xx010~xx060六个工位为对象进行分析,建立以综合解决工位最少和负荷平滑指数最小的多目标优化模型,并采用Plant Simulation仿真软件对模型进行验证。最后对案例进行仿真测试,得出优化的工位数。通过优化前后对比,说明遗传算法结合仿真软件解决装配线平衡问题是可行的、有效的。
The aim of the paper is to enhance the utilization of work stations and labor,and in the meantime,ensure that workstation idle or heavy load operation do not occur on assembly lines.Based on the knowledge of assembly line balancing technology home and abroad,a scheme to optimize the assembly line balance problem using genetic algorithm is proposed.This study used six work stations ( xx010 ~xx060) on the assembly line of X company's engine as the object.And established a multi-objective optimization model in Plant Simulation to validate the problem about minimize the number of work stations and minimize the value of smooth loading.Finally, the study obtained the optimized number of work stations by carrying out the simulation.Shown by the result,the system has been proved,which indicated that using genetic algorithm in simulation to solve balancing problem of assembly line is feasible and effective.
