摘要
文中通过简述部门绩效考评体系,重点采用KPI、BSC、经营管理类别和重点工作四种方法,以采购部为例,对部门绩效指标进行了设计。关键绩效指标设计方法是部门绩效指标设计的基础和核心;从绩效指标设计和绩效结果来看,工作完成的时间、质量、成本是部门绩效考评的重点。以此,可为部门绩效指标设计提供方法选择参考。
It's described the system of the departments'performance evaluation.For the purchasing department of a company example,it's designed the departments'performance indicators by using the method of KPI,BSC,functional management and working emphasis.The method of key performance indicator is the core and foundation.Time,quality and cost are the key point from the performance indicators design and performance results.It can be provided the reference of choosing method for the departments'performance indicators design.
