摘要
湖南商学院物流管理专业进行深入的理论思考与实践探索,创新构建大平台集成化物流管理专业人才培养体系,确定KAQ三位一体复合人才培养目标,提出目标映射联动(GML)物流专业人才培养集成平台。从教学内容与课程体系、教学方法与教学手段、质量监控体系、实践教学、创业与择业跟踪反馈、科研与教学互动、产业发展与人才培养互动、师资队伍建设等方面进行专业综合改革工作。
The Logistics Management Specialty of Hunan University of Commerce take deeply theoretical thinking and practical exploration,build innovative large platform of integrated logistics management professional training system,and determine KAQ Trinity composite personnel training objectives,put forward the target map linkage （ GML） Logistics Professional Training Integration platform.The main content of professional comprehensive reform as following：teaching content and curriculum system, teaching methods and teaching means,quality control system,practice teaching,entrepreneurship and career tracking feedback, research and teaching interactive,industry development and personnel training interactive,teaching staff construction.
