职业教育集团协同发展机制研究——以广州物流职业教育集团为例

摘要 职业教育集团的发展前景取决于其成员单位的利益的协调效果,不同的参与主体,对职业教育认知不同,对参加职业教育集团的预期收益也就相异。文中从职教集团发展的现状入手,从协同形成机制、实现机制、约束机制三个方面,以广州物流职业教育集团为例,阐述了职业教育集团各主体协同发展机制发展对策。 Prospects vocational education group member units depends on the interests of its coordination effects,different participants,different perception of vocational education, vocational education group for expected returns will differ.From the current situation of vocational education group to start,the formation mechanism from synergies,achieve restraint mechanisms of the three aspects of vocational education in Guangzhou Logistics Group, for example, set out the main vocational education cooperative development mechanism development.
