摘要
目的：探讨脑卒中伴发偏身舞蹈投掷症或单肢舞动症的临床特点、影像学表现、发病机制。方法：对8例脑卒中致偏身舞蹈投掷症或单肢舞动症的病人进行回顾性分析。结果：右侧上肢受累者5例；左侧上肢者2例，伴面部不自主运动者3例，仅表现为单肢舞动者2例。结论：脑卒中易出现偏身舞蹈投掷症或单肢舞动症，需对症治疗。
Objective： To discuss the clinical features, imaging findings, pathogenesis of hemichorea - hemiballism with stroke. Methods： 8 patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results： 5 cases of right upper extremity involvement; 2 cases of left upper limb, 3 cases with facial involuntary movement, showed only a single limb dancing in 2 cases. Conclusion： The stroke with hemichorea hemibal- lism or single limb dancing disease must be symptomatic treatment.
