摘要
近年来腹腔镜阑尾切除术在阑尾炎的治疗中得到了广泛运用。为了进一步推广腹腔镜阑尾切除术，改善阑尾炎治疗，本文对国内有关腹腔镜阑尾切除术研究成果进行了总结，探讨了腹腔镜阑尾切除术的优势、适应证与禁忌证，分析了腹腔镜阑尾切除术在特殊患者的运用，介绍了有关腹腔镜阑尾切除改良术情况，并就腹腔镜阑尾切除术的危险因素和护理进行了简要总结。
Objective Laparoscopic appendectomy in appendicitis treatment has been widely used in recent years. Methods： In order to further promote the laparoscopic appendectomy and improve the treatment of appendicitis, in this paper, the related domestic research about laparoscopic appendectomy were summarized and the advantages of laparoscopic appendectomy were discussed. Results： Indications and contraindications of laparoscopic appendectomy were analyzed and the use cases aimed to special patients were introduced. Conclusion： Some improvements of the laparoscopic appendectomy and the risk factors and nursing were brief summarized in this paper.
