摘要
目的:探讨阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’Sdisease,AD)的发生与常见血管危险因素(VRF)的相关性。方法:选取120例AD患者以及与之性别相同、文化程度相当的认知功能正常的200例非AD的患者,分别作为研究组和对照组,对两组性别、年龄、文化程度、病史、血压、血脂、血糖、心电图及影像学资料等基本信息和临床信息进行收集并比较,利用单因素分析和多因素Logistic回归分析以及多因素线性回归分析方法,探讨AD的发生、认知功能评分与VRF的相关性。结果:研究组的平均年龄为75.5(±9.1)岁,较对照组的68.7(±8.9)岁偏大(P〈0.001),患冠心病、糖尿病的比例(29.2%、24.17%)较对照组(10.5%、12.5%)偏高(P〈0.001,P=0.009)。通过多因素Logistic回归分析,表明AD的发生和年龄、冠心病和糖尿病相关;通过多因素线性回归分析,表明认知功能评分与女性、年龄、冠心病及糖尿病呈线性关系。结论:常见VFR可促进AD的发生和发展,并严重影响患者的认知功能。
Objective:To study the correlation between the onset of Alzheimer's disease (AD) and vascular risk factors (VRF). Methods: 120 patients with AD and 200 controls with normal cognitive fune tion of the same gender and in the similar educational background were selected into the experimental group and the control group respectively. The clinic information of their sex, age, educational level, blood pressure,blood lipid, blood sugar, electrocardiograph, images of CT and MRI scans were collected and compared. Simple analysis, multiple logistic regression analysis and linear regression analysis were ap plied to find out the correlation between AD and VRF and between MMSE scores and VRF. Results:The average age in the experimental group(75.48±9.12)was older than that in the control group (68.73± 8.94;P〈0.05). There are more patients with coronary heart diseases and diabetes mellitus in the experi mental group (29. 17%, 24. 17%) than those in the control group (10. 5%, 12. 5%; P〈0. 01, P =0. 009). Multiple logistic regression analysis indicated that the onset of AD was related to age,coro- nary heart diseases and diabetes mellitus. Linear regression indicated that MMSE scores were negatively correlated with sex, age, coronary heart diseases and diabetes mellitus. Conclusion:VRF can accelerate the onset and speed up the progression of AD and affect patients' cognitive function.
