摘要
采用真空电子束焊接技术对304不锈钢和Q235B碳钢进行焊接组坯,以对称轧制方式进行热轧得到了1/6 mm规格的不锈钢复合板。通过拉伸试验机、金相显微镜和扫描电镜等设备对复合板板形、结合面组织和力学性能进行了检测分析。其结果显示:采用真空电子束焊接组坯和热轧工艺得到的304/Q235B复合板板形平整,板厚控制均匀,结合面无间隙,各项方学性能良好,其中剪切强度为450 MPa,远高于不锈钢复合板国家标准要求的210 MPa,达到了R1级标准。剪切接头断口存在大量韧窝,为韧性断裂且断裂位置为Q235B基层侧。
304 stainless steel and Q235 B carbon steel were welded by electron beam welding.Through the hot- rolling,1/6 mm stainless clad plate was gotten.The interface microstructures and properties of stainless clad plate were investigated by optical microscopy,scanning electron microscopy and shear experiments.The results showed that the stainless clad plate is smooth after hot- rolling,and the thickness of the cladding metal and base metal are well- proportioned.The shear strengths of interface is 450 MPa which is much higher than the Rl national standards,and the rupture position occurs on the Q235 B steel side.
