摘要
针对当前焊接电源的动特性无法满足高频脉冲电流输出的要求,文中在详细分析焊接电源特性的基础上,保持焊接电源输出方式和控制模式不变,建立了耦合脉冲电源系统的数学模型,并分析电容容值和电压、回路电感、回路等效电阻对脉冲电流的影响;搭建了以DSP+CPLD为控制核心的数字化耦合型高频脉冲焊接电源系统,同时给出了硬件结构框图;基于PI控制算法实现了电源系统的时序控制及闭环控制,同时给出了软件设计流程;最后,进行了耦合高频脉冲焊接电源系统的动、静特性测试,测试结果表明:该系统动态响应速度快、控制精度高、脉冲输出稳定。
Because the dynamic characteristic of welding power can not meet the requirement of high frequency pulsed current output,the mathematical model of coupled pulse power system was analyzed and established under the condition of the existing output and control mode.The influences of.capacitance capacity value and voltage,loop inductance and equivalent resistance on impulse current were also analyzed.Digital coupled high-frequency pulsed welding power system was developed based on DSP and CPLD.The hardware structure diagram was shown and the sequential control and closed loop control of power system were realized based on PI control algorithm.Finally,the dynamic and static characteristic tests of coupled high- frequency pulsed welding power system were carried out.The test results show that the developed system has high dynamic response speed,high control precision and stable pulse output.
