摘要
针对激光拼焊焊接零件外沿封闭曲线(轨迹)难以夹紧的问题,设计了一种可以通用的夹紧机构。在对动力电池壳体进行焊接时应以此机构进行固定夹紧。夹紧机构包括左、右夹紧机构,由高精度气动滑台驱动;前夹紧机构,由气缸和线性滑轨机构构成;上压夹紧机构,由滑动气缸和指形压块组成。采用手动上下料,自动夹紧及焊接,形成高效半自动化生产线。
A clamping mechanism was designed to rigidly clamp the battery shell in laser welding process.The right-and-left clamping mechanisms in the developed fixture are driven by high precision pneumatic slide.The front clamping mechanism is composed of cylinder and linear guide.The upper-pressure mechanism is made up of slide cylinder and finger press mechanisms.The production process adopted manual supplying and manual blanking,automatic clamping and welding,which forms a semi-automatic production line.
