摘要
内地西藏班作为异地办学的典型模式,其跨文化教育中的文化障碍有显性和隐性之分。显性的文化障碍表现为文化背景的障碍、风俗习惯的障碍、思维方式的障碍;隐性的文化障碍是指衔接教育方面出现的障碍,表现为德育障碍、心理障碍、学科障碍。探析内地西藏班跨文化教育中的文化障碍,寻求弱化文化障碍的途径是提高内地西藏班培养质量和水平的重要前提。
The inland Tibetan classes are the typical mode of school running in other places. The cultural obstacles in its cross-cultural education have explicit and implicit ones. The explicit obstacles are mainly in cultural backgrounds, customs, and ways of thinking. The implicit obstacles are mainly in moral education, psychology and subjects in link-up education. Studying the cultural obstacles and seeking for the ways to weaken them are the important premise for the improvement of the education quality and level in these Tibetan classes.
